Our school uniform is more than just a uniform – it symbolises community and belonging. We want pupils to feel proud to wear the Derby Grammar School logo because of everything it represents.
The school uniform is an important part of our visual identity and so, we aim to keep items as affordable as possible for all families. The uniform for Derby Grammar School is available to purchase from schoolblazer.com. Once you have registered and selected our school, you will be able to shop a range of garments.
Derby Grammar School PTA run a second-hand uniform shop which offers good quality second hand uniform at very reasonable prices, and at a fraction of the cost of new uniform.
Sales are held throughout the year and will be advertised in advance. We will also be available every Wednesday at 8.15am during term time if you need any emergency uniform.
Please let reception know in advance if you will require any appointment.
If you wish to donate items of uniform, we are always very grateful and 100% of the money goes towards funding current PTA projects.
For those looking to sell uniform we also run a 50/50 scheme where the money raised from uniform sold is split 50/50 between the parent and the PTA. Please only apply this to items of higher value (tracksuits, blazers, coats and reversible sport tops) which are in good condition.
To sell any items of uniform this way, please label each item of clothing with your name and contact phone number, using a safety pin.
Money from 50/50 sales will be totalled termly and messages will be sent to the contact phone number when the money is available to collect from reception.
Only current, good quality uniform will be accepted.
Any items considered not suitable for re-sale will be recycled.
Please bring donated items or items for sale to the School reception.
