Year 7 pupil, Qasim, has been selected to play none other than our Prime Minister Boris Johnson in a production by Derby Theatre.
The production is focused on the topic of transgender equality and how to resolve the issues surrounding diversity. As Boris Johnson, Qasim’s role will be tackling the thoughts of how to solve the problems regarding diversity and transgender issues.
Qasim has been getting into character for the last 12 weeks, preparing for his performance. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions the play will be recorded for viewing through the Derby Theatre platform.
