Activities Week begins with gusto!

As part of Activities Week, Year 12 have been at Leicester Outdoor Pursuits Centre blowing off some steam after working so hard during a challenging year. We hope they’ve had a wonderful time… it certainly looks like it!

In addition, they have been learning the parliamentary style of debating. They have debated issues related to climate change, local complementary currencies, plastics and micro plastics in the ocean getting into the food chain and the links between mental health issues and social media.

They finished the week increasing their knowledge of first aid in preparation for heading off to university.
