Primary Maths Challenge

This week, children in Years 5 and 6 completed the first round of the Primary Maths Challenge. Created by The Mathematical Association, the Primary Mathematics Challenge (PMC) is a fun and exciting mathematical challenge aimed at pupils aged 9-11. It is designed to make pupils think outside the box. The PMC questions are not heavily reliant on formal mathematical knowledge but can be solved by logical reasoning. Mrs Genders has entered the results and we await to hear if any of the children are selected to take part in the bonus round in December.
