Music triumphs at DGS

Congratulations to Owen in Lower Sixth, who has passed Grade 8 piano with a distinction, (132/150). This was a fantastic result and he worked very hard for it.

Oliver, in Lower Sixth, has also been awarded a Trumpet Diploma with Merit. His pieces were described as stylish and played with conviction, with a lyrical, fluid melody. Well projected and involved, showing positive performance commitment.
